The 'cashup' functionality introduced by bug 23355 is currently only available
via the point of sale module payment page; however such functionality only
relies upon cash registers having been defined and as such may be used without
enabling point of sale as a module.
We should add an entrance point to this functionality elsewhere for such a
case.
