Screenshot of writeoff selected view
If you create some fines and click 'writeoff selected' and you have payment
types defined in your system they show on this screen, but are not really
relevant to a writeoff. Change options are also available with 'Writeoff
amount' which again does not make sense as a write off does not involve
collecting money
