When hiding fields/subfields via the MARC frameworks, this appears to have no
effect on some pages in the OPAC like the cart normal and 'more details' views.
I assume this is because Koha pulls from the database fields and/or uses some
of the older methods to pull data from the records. It would be nice if this
could be refactored to not pull in data you have hidden via the frameworks.
