It is very easy to click the wrong button and select 'New Category' rather than
'New Authorized value for.....'.
If this mistake is made there is then no delete option to allow you to remove
it. This redundant authorized value policy needs to be deleted in the database.
Would be good to introduce a 'delete category' button in the staff interface.
