Place hold links are showing for all titles in OPAC lists, even for titles that
only have non-holdable items.
When doing a search for the same records in the OPAC, the place hold link does
NOT show in normal search results or single record display. The link does
appear for the same title when viewing it in a list.
Many of the titles in our lists are for ebooks and the place hold links are not
appropriate for these! Holds for ebooks are not permitted in our circulation
rules. In a normal search, the place hold links do not display for these
items. Currently using Koha 18.11
I also couldn't see any syspref option to turn off the place hold links for all
titles when displaying an OPAC list
