I'm seeing the following:
Could not unlink
/var/lib/koha/kohadev/plugins/Koha/Plugin/Dcook/OahImport.pm.pm: No such file
or directory at /kohadevbox/koha/Koha/Plugins/Handler.pm line 106.
Looks like the $plugin_path handling isn't working quite right.
