The new theme has a much cleaner, more modern look than the prog theme, and is designed from the ground up to work on mobile devices using media queries. A later patch will include the mobile view. In order to activate the theme, change the opacthemes syspref to 'ccsr' and make sure that your opaccolorstylesheet is set to 'colors.css.'
