If libraries can mark items lost from the Holds to Pull report, then they should be able to do so from the Holds Queue. They should be aligned. Many of our customers choose to use the Holds Queue and would appreciate a quicker way of marking an item as lost if the library cannot locate it on their shelves. Currently they have to edit the item record to update the lost status.
