would like to see something that would explain the rule logic followed for
circulation, for debugging purposes. It would be helpful if there was
something that would show which rule was followed, either in logs, or in
checkout info (maybe on the item page showing the checkout, not the patron
page). Just shooting this out there to see if this is of interest to anyone.
