We actually don’t think cancelled orders should show on invoices. Given that there is no connection between the cancelled item and the invoice, we use a manual method to tidy, as in creating another Koha basket with the orders again and then relinking these new orders to the affected invoice, and deleting the item lines on the Cataloguing side that were attached to the originally correct order but subsequently wrongly cancelled.
