Seems in version 20.05.03 HoldsAutoFill "Don't" option does not obey the rule
so it does not display the pop-up window with option to "OK" and "Print slip
and confirm"
Test
1. Choose "Don't" HoldsAutoFill option in system preference
2. Issue a book
3. Place hold on that book
4. Return the book
5. Pop-up message does not appears and book hold status also does not changes
Seems some work around Bug
