To recreate:
1- check an item out to a patron
2- mark that item Claims Returned
3- go to branchtransfers.pl, generate a transfer for your item
4- on transfer, Koha tells you the item has been checked in but does not
mention the claim
We should get a message here that there was a claim on this item. There is a
notice when the item is checked in to complete the transfer, but better not to
wait.
