When creating a new patron where default messaging prefs are set you cannot
change those prefs manually upon intial patron creation.
To recreate:
-Have some default messaging prefs set up for a patron category.
-Go create a new patron in that patron category.
-When creating the patron switch some of the messaging prefs and save.
-The messaging prefs will reset to the default for that patron category.
Staff now have to go edit the patron record and change the the default
messaging preferences in order to make the preferences stick.
