A library suggested that it would be really helpful for libraries to be able to
get an automatically generated email indicating that a specific bib has
exceeded a set ratio in the holds ratio report. I imagine a system preference
where you could enter an email address and a ration level (such as a ratio of
more than 7) and when a title hits that ratio, the librarian is notified.
