Bug 22844 added the ability to define JSON files to be used in the process of
selecting multiple values for a system preference.
The bug was originally intended to allow for the JSON file to contain key-value
pairs with database column name + User-friendly column description. If we could
enable translation of these files it would make the process more user-friendly.
