koha-preferences needs improvements
/usr/share/koha/bin/admin/koha-preferences
+ needs (better) error messages
+ avoid returning/dying in the middle of functions instead of exceptions
+ maybe the ability to force preferences updates when the number of existing
preferenences is different from the dump
on the long run many other tables are in settings effectivly: eg overdues,
letters etc
