Under "Overdue notice/status triggers" I have three tabs: First, Second, Third. Each of them has two lines: Adult, Student. Everything is blank, though. This Koha instance is for the library of a university department. It's basically only used to keep track of the books. It's not even used to check books out so there isn't much of anything configured.
