Bug 26534 adds a cool icon to denote patrons with permissions.
Bug 26687 follows that idea for superlibrarians.
Both the staffaccess permission and the batch patron delete hinge on whether or
not a patron is in a category of type Staff. It would make sense to also track
this with an icon.
26687 treated these as additive (if patron has permissions and is
superlibrarian, they have a bolt *and* a shield). By that logic, this would be
a third icon. But I could also see these being more hierarchical. If you're a
superlibrarian, that supersedes the fact that you're of type Staff, which in
turn supersedes the fact that you have permissions.
