marc21_leader_authorities.pl bug
Using marc21_leader_authorities.pl with tag 000 (leader) to add authority
records, it´s marked how "undefined" position 18. Position 19 is really
undefined in Marc format but 18 not.
This one-character code is actually valid and useful according
http://www.loc.gov/marc/authority/adleader.html
Character function is like position 18 of marc21_leader.pl in tag 000
