If a library wants to set DefaultLongOverdueSkipLostStatuses to apply to all
lost statuses, they need to list them all. Should they later add a new lost
status, it will not be included. It would be helpful if one could put in
"_ALL_" or something to designate any and all lost values should be blocked.
