We actually store patron's attributes during self-registration if PatronSelfRegistrationVerifyByEmail is not enabled. Test plan: Test the different combinations of PatronSelfRegistration and PatronSelfRegistrationVerifyByEmail Confirm that the patron's attributes appears during self-registration if PatronSelfRegistrationVerifyByEmail is not set.
