Add a spell check feature to the Advanced Cataloging Editor. This would be
very helpful for finding errors in notes, subjects, etc. There are a lot of
fields in a bib record, such as the 040 or 049, that would not benefit from
being spell checked so make it so users can define which MARC tags should be
included in spell checking.
