At the moment, PREDUEDGST is set up with the text 'You have <<count>> items due
soon', but that's really useless to patrons.
We should update it to something like the following:
Dear <<borrowers.firstname>> <<borrowers.surname>>,
The following item(s) will be due soon:
<<items.content>>
Thank you.
