Create new borrowers table column from SIP2 logs showing date of last
successful authentication (lastSIP2success).
This would help libraries identify which & how many of their patrons are
"digital only" patrons, i.e., use online services such as Overdrive, Hoopla,
etc., but don't check out physical materials at the library.
