We use custom sections on our memberentry.pl form. These are not required for
all patron categories, so we use jquery to hide the redundant elements - this
means the staff do not waste time filling in unneeded sections.
We do this by seeking the patron categorycode in the URL, and then we show/hide
the elements as required.
This still works when adding a new patron, as the categorycode is passed in the
URL.
This no longer works when editing an existing patron, as only the
borrowernumber is passed in the URL.
It seems that Bug 25031 removed the categorycode from the URL when editing a
patron.
Is there any chance of reinstating it, please?
