When an item is attached to an active course and that item is a status that
should be hidden (such as withdrawn, lost) using the system preference:
OPAChiddenitems- this item should not be visible, however, on the OPAC, this
item is visible.
Steps:
1. Create a course (make sure it is active)
2. In sys pref: OPAChiddenItems set items that are withdrawn to be hidden
'withdrawn: [1]
2. Add an item
3. Make that item withdrawn.
4. Go to the OPAC- that item is visible in the course.
5. Click the title of the withdrawn item, get a 404 error.
I also tested this with hiding itypes, and the items also showed when should
have been hidden.
