On 20.05.x and master, when an error is submitted through the OPAC, the URL is
not displayed on the OPAC and when the error is seen on the staff client, the
URL is the base OPAC url- and not a specific page. Both of these are different
behavior than what was seen on 20.05.00 when this feature was released.
Steps to recreate.
1. Turn on OPACReportProblem (make sure you have an email in KohaAdminEmail)
2. Do a search on the OPAC and click the Report a Problem link at the bottom of
the page.
3. Form will not display the URL where it should, it only displays /
4. Log in to the Staff Client and see the Error report, the Problem page will
be displayed as the main page of the OPAC-not the specific page the error was
submitted on.
