Go to system preferences, click on tab "Local use", then click on "?" to
display Help.
Result:

not found at /usr/share/kohaclone/C4/Templates.pm line 132.

Reason:
All other tabs display preferences.pl, Tab "Local use" displays
systemprefereces.pl, but the help file is missing.
This bug affects user experience...
...and it is really nasty if it happens during a demo.
