As pointed by @andrew on bug 15448, NULL values are not handled correctly here,
because NOT IN <LIST> considers NULL to be included in <LIST>:
MariaDB [koha_kohadev]> SELECT itemnumber,copynumber FROM items WHERE
itemnumber=1;
