At koha 20.11.03 thre is an issue when try to add a see also authority, it
onlye copies rlink, doesn't copy $a autority.
Test plan:
a) Search for a geographic authority (it doesn't matter which one, topic,
personall...etc)
b) Go to 551 (if geographic) look for an authority and select it to link it to
youe record
c) it just copy the rlin it doesn't copy 151$a
Tested with 20.11 fresh install
it work with 20.05
