Koha 20.11.03 If you try to create an order from an external source (z39.50)
gets an internal server error
The bibliographic record is created at koha, but it is not able to get the
biblionumber and crash the process, if you try to get the order again, koha
warns you that it is duplicated and then you can get it and continue the
process
