If you add inline styles to a News item those styles are computed on
koha-news.tt
TO recreate:
-Make a News item with a location of 'opacheader_en'.
-Add some inline CSS like this:
<style>
body {
color: red;
}
</style>
Save the news item and look at koha-news.tt, the text is red.
