To recreate:
- go to a patron record
- click Search to Hold
- perform a search
- confirm you see "Hold for [patron]" in the search results
- go back to your patron and delete them
- perform a search
- get message "Can't call method "surname" on an undefined value at
/kohadevbox/koha/catalogue/search.pl line 197"
