1. BlockReturnOfLostItems on "Block"
2. Patron with an overdue item and a suspension (generate with Tools> Overdue
notices status trigger) : Restriction tab, Type overdues, Comment "Restriction
added by overdues process..."
3. Mark the item as Claims return.
4. Check in the item -> warning message saying "Item is lost, cannot be checked
in." This is OK
5. On the Restriction tab, there is an additional line with type "Suspension".
This is confusing because :
1. As the checkin is not permitted it should not generate any suspension.
2. The suspension makes you think the item is checked in.
