I recently updated our main Koha server to the latest 20.05.x. After the
upgrade a librarian was frustrated because the search box now remembers the
previous search content. I think this behavior changed because of the patch for
bug 26249.
My understanding was that if she had a stack of books prior to this change she
could just scan each barcode and it would jump to the next book. Now she needs
to click in the field and clear the previous content before scanning.
I don't think this is a huge deal but I didn't notice any way to toggle the
behavior.
Any chance this could be something configurable?
