I pay 105. Results in 35.35. OK I cancel in OPAC one of the requests (which already had amountoutstanding == 0 but you cant see that). What happened ? The balance stays 35.35 ! Wrong ! It should have gone down. NEEDS FIXING I change the fee again to 10. Add a request. Balance 45.35. OK Change fee back to 35. Now cancel the last request.
