When using the column settings for the saved SQL reports table, there is an
unlabelled entry at the end of the list that toggles the "Actions" column. I
think this is because the table configuration lists "update" between
"saved_sql" and "actions", but the update column doesn't exist in this version.
Verified in latest 20.11.06.
