In item circulation alerts (cgi-bin/koha/admin/item_circulation_alerts.pl),
disabling checkout alerts also disables renewal alerts.
Best case scenario, we'd create a mechanism to differentiate the two notice
types.
At the least, we should add some text here making it clear that renewals are
also covered by checkouts.
