Uploading a zipped collection of cover images requires that the zip file
include a file listing the file names and biblionumbers. If this file contains
one or more blank lines the upload will fail with this deceptive error message:
Unrecognized or missing field delimiter.
Please verify that you are using either a single quote or a tab.
