You found a bug in a very specific combination. AdLibris is loaded first but there is no image there (is the service broken currently?). The code copied from staff is broken. As we have much more cover services OPAC side the bugs are easier to catch. I think this last patch is improving the situation but I cannot guarantee it will always work.
