For some libraries it's a common service to offer delivery by mail or in house
delivery to their patrons.
When placing a hold it's only possible to set a branch as a pick-up location.
It would be great if there was also an option to pick up alternative delivery
options like "Mail" or "Office".
It would be nice if the list was configurable, but having a "Mail" option would
already be quite helpful.
Using the hold notes is a little difficult as they don't allow for a list of
options and are also often used internally, so should not be made visible to
the patron in the OPAC.
I'd also be interested if anyone has a good workaround for this.
