It appears that this page
/cgi-bin/koha/admin/background_jobs.pl
isn't linked from anywhere but the "we've enqueued this" pages on biblio
modification. Librarians ought to be able to find this page easily so if they
click off of the page and go about their lives, they can come back to make sure
their jobs completed.
