I can't pinpoint what is going on yet but here is what is happening.
Some .koc file, when uploaded, result in the following error:
Syck parser (line 2435, column 8): syntax error at /usr/lib/perl5/YAML/Syck.pm
line 72
It seems that the entire koc file is serialized as YAML at some point by
C4::BackgroundJob, and it doesn't like the data.
