Bug 20168 upgraded the OPAC bootstrap - it looks like the overdrive code was
missed
To recreate:
1 - Enable overdrive integration and circulation via Koha sysprefs
2 - Search the opac - view overdrive results - checkout an item
3 - You should now have a 'Download as' button
4 - Click it - it doesn't look right
