It would be great if there were either a list in the patron account or a global
list that you could blacklist patrons with certain things, either item types,
collection codes, or specific items/bibs that the patron is not allowed to
check out.
Sometimes we have patrons that don't know how to care for equipment or DVDs, or
things of that nature. It would be great if we could mark them as not being
able to check those things out.
