Bug 20076 introduced a new system preference 'EmailOverduesNoEmail' which is
great.
Koha will still generate a print notice when SMS is selected in overdue
notice/status triggers and a patron does not have an smsalertnumber.
It would be nice if there was an SMS equivalent system pref like
'SMSOverduesNoSMS'
