The timestamps recorded for Entry Dates and Received Dates on the Orders By
Fund report (orders_by_fund.pl) are incorrect. Most of them are shown as 12:00
AM when the library isn't even open. I found a few that showed other times
such as 8:59 AM and 9:09 AM. We order and receive items throughout the day so
there should be other timestamps included in the report. Unless the timestamps
can be accurate then it seems that they should not be displayed at all.
