When linking an additional field for a basket to an authorised value there is a
"all" entry generated instead of an empty one.
This makes sense on the search form, but not when entering the data. For some
values "all" just doesn't fit. Like for a list of priorities or a list of
faculties ordering. It would be better to have an empty entry here and keep the
all option only for search.
