I'd feel more comfortable with that approach as some of the patches like the second follow-up for the ENUM touch a lot of the code. It all looks good, but some things like the change to update_dbix_class_files.pl I was wondering about (but don't want to add to the almost 900 comments here) As the ENUM patch already includes an atomic update file it should be really just a matter of moving them without having to change the patches themselves.
