Bug 30204 and Bug 30205 aim to make subtitle more visible in the serials
module. We should also make the search for subscription by title look at
subtitles.
For example, say you have subscriptions for American Economic Journal:
Macroeconomics. It will not come up for a serial title search including
"macroeconomics" because that's in the 245$b. But there are 3 other journals
with the same 245$a, so that $b is really important.
